Q1: Do you allow Paypal payments?

A: Yes, you can use Paypal on all our products.

 

Q2: Can I pay through COD?

A: Yes, BUT we only offer this kind of payment exclusively in the Philippines only.

 

Q3: How much is the shipping?

A: Our shipping is FREE of charge unless you choose a shipping method- Fedex or UPS in the checkout page.

 

Q4: How come you can offer products at such a low price, or even for free?

A: We work closely with respectable manufacturers who want to distribute new products and penetrate the market. We take advantage of that and offer this to our customers. Most products won't be available at such a low price, or even for free, for a long time. Once it is established, manufacturers often start charging normal retail prices.

 

Q5: Are you a scam?

A: Definitely not! We have served many happy clients and plan to keep doing this for a long time. You, as a buyer are always protected and you can ask for a refund if the product you ordered does not arrive, or arrives in bad condition.

 

Q6: Where are you located?

A: We have offices in Singapore and the Philippines. Most of our manufacturers are based in China that offer ONLY high quality products. They are respectable companies that have been in business for many years.

 

Q7: How long does shipping take?

A: It depends on your location, but usually it takes 2-4 weeks. We can offer low prices because we work with secured but low cost shipping companies. Delivery is secured. In case your order doesn't arrive, we will resend it, free of charge.

 

Q8: Can I still change my order after placing it?

A: If the order hasn't been shipped yet, you can. Just send us an email at info@belizima.com or use the Help function at the right bottom corner of this page to let us know your concerns.

 

Q9: What are your responsibilities and what are mine?

A: We take responsibility when:

  • your package gets lost in transit
  • you received your item in unusable condition
  • you received a different item from what you ordered

B: It's your responsibility to:

  • enter the right delivery address
  • order the correct item
  • order the correct color and size
  • you changed your mind about the item
  • you broke the item while using it
